Total scam selling product to dealers that are 100% made overseas but try to pass the American ingenuity then say that they are the factory and there different ...bs .....buy at your own risk 90 day buy back is worthless read the fine print and to make it worst if you need warranty work they'll do everything possible to make sure it's your fault and not the unit that was bad from day 1 also they talk about no drop shipping but the owner mike smith has a not her company killer motor sports in Texas that dropships all over the USA and violates the agreement he has us dealers sign......then to make matters worst if you order your unit trust that the shipping is marked up 30% and I'm told that it's the best ..cheap unit expensive problem

The bad thing about ranting is that on a site like this, you don't have an undo button. So let's see the facts.
1. Mike Smith is the Sole owner of ODES UTVS and no other company.
2. Killer Motorsports is an authorized dealer/reseller for ODES UTVS products.
3. Killer Motorsports is Soley owned by Nathan Carlson in Texas.
4. Read terms before you sign, if you do not like the terms later on, then it was your own fault for not reading before you signed.
5. Warranty work is outlined on our manufactures site www.odesutvs.com and clearly states the warranty terms. If you file a claim outside of the warranty terms, that claim will not be covered.
Angry Posting on a site is not a great way to start a dialog nor handle an issue. Communication gets results, not ranting.
