I worked for Oevau Technologies and they lie to customers. They will keep billing customers after a customer has cancelled out their account. When a customers returns the product, Oevau resells the bottle and never gives the customer who returned the bottle credit.

If product is shipped to wrong address which happens alot, too bad for the customer they still get charged and will not get a new bottle. I had a customer who was overseas and we sent him 15 bottles at $39.95 a bottle and the shipping department sent it to the wrong address all 15 times. Customer called up to complain that he was charge and never received product. I was told by the owner just to let the customer do a charge bad on his credit card, that even tho it was Oevau error they were not going to credit the customer.

Oevau also likes to change their web site every other day so customer can not hold them accountable for any statements. Like when they were selling the free sample. The was the biggest rip off. Customers did not know after signing up for the free sample that every month they would be charged $39.95 for another bottle, and then when they cancelled it would take 3-4 months for it to be cancelled. But customers still got billed.

I could go on and on about all the rip off from the company, I even took paper work when I left the office to back up all of this. Beside treating the customers poorly, they are cheap at paying employees, they want everyone who works for them to lie and hang up on customers. Warning do not buy any product from Oevau Technologies they sell Cenafil, Ziozpher, Radulof.

Dear Consumers,

As we all know some employees that are terminated may be disgruntled. Judith Ries, an ex-employee of Oevau Technologies, decided to post false information about Oevau Technologies on Rip-Off-Report.com, a website which is meant to protect the consumer, not to make up ficticious information because your mad.

After posting several other reports on this website pretending to be a "real customer" on the same day, Judith decides to write a report using her real name. What a "coincidence." Judith, I hope you know that IP addresses are logged and are traceable!

Below is factual information for our customers.

To cancel HBD recurring billing/refunds, please contact the customer care line above relating to the product or go to www.oevau.com and click on "cancel established customer program." This information can also be found on our product websites.

We stand behind our products and ask you to decide for yourself. Ms. Ries made several statements that I will now address:

1. When a customer cancels their account/asks for a refund, the loss prevention department at Oevau Technologies is in charge of taking action. There are cases where a customer enters their information incorrectly and their account cannot be found, or they have created duplicate accounts. We have received letters from customers asking us to cancel their subscription or for a refund, however they did not provide the information necessary for us to pull up their account in our databases i.e. First Name and Last Name used to make the purchase, Correct Address, etc. That is why we have set up the form on www.oevau.com/cancel.htm with detailed instructions for cancelation and ask for clients to print out a copy for their record. If you have a direct issue contact Loss Prevention at 407-649-7883 ext. 4. Oevau is fair and follows/honors the terms of purchase.

2. Ms. Ries states that shipments are sent to the wrong address "alot." When shipping a product, everything is automated. When a customer enters their shipping information via the website it is imported to the shipping department and printed. When a customer enters the incorrect shipping address it will go to the wrong address. Oevau is fair to the consumer and takes all measures to ensure the situation is rectified.

3. Ms. Ries states that "Oevau also likes to change their web site every other day so customer can not hold them accountable for any statements. Like when they were selling the free sample. When a customer signs up for the free sample we clearly state the terms on the order page that they will be rebilled, the money back guarantee, how to cancel, not hidden from the customer. We stand 100% accountable for everything we do and stand behind our products.

Ms. Ries, this is outlandish. Florida is an at will employment state and if you are not happy with your pay then please do not write false claims about Oevau Technologies. Oevau Technologies is committed to providing superior customer service.

Consumers please disregard Ms. Ries statements, they lack merit and were done out of spite. Due to her malicious/fraudulant actions she is now being sued by Oevau Technologies.
