FAIRBANKS CAPITAL CORPORATION Ripoff SAYS "OOPS I DID IT AGAIN" TO ONE OF MY CUSTOMERS JACKSONVILLE Florida

I have just found this website and am amazed that I to am victim of Fairbanks Capital Corporation. What are these crooks doing to the american consumers. I have experienced one of the most nerve related, stress related, situations I have ever experienced in my life just today with my mortage holder Fairbanks Capital Corporation.

I was sold to them by Household Credit and I have had nothing but very bad problems with them since day one. I do not trust the company at all. They lost the second payment I mailed them after the change from Household and when i got my next months statement they simply posted the housepayment "they lost" to a suspense column and kept the funds aside until all of a suddent suprise in Feb 2003 we get a notice we are 90 days past due and i have a statement showing 1110.92 dollars was never applied to my principle and interest just sitting there in the suspense account.

I work in the accounting field and I am very familiar with statements and i immediately called them and asked them where the 1110.02 money they set aside was appplied. they denied the money was misplaced and could not tell me where the money was and I was looking at it in black and white on my statement in the suspense column was my mortage payment they were holding to force me into forclosure. We had a rep from Fairbanks come to our home and wanted an inspection of our home it is a very nice home and could sell very easily. We tried to send in the money to make up the payment they were holding and they sent the money back and said they could not except it.

Are these people on drugs or what? it forced us into chapter 7 bankruptcy and in the state of texas your home is exempt so they could not touch our home or proceed with foreclosure until the automatic stay was lifted , by that time we sent them over 8,000.00 to take of the balance they said was due to get our account back to normal. I still to this day can not figure out how they come up with that figure it was pay or loose your home.

We had to practically starve and sell everything we had to get current. I later found out there was a lot of attorneys fees added and "corporate expenses" what ever that was added to our account. This place is freaking me out. We recently tried to refinance with Ameriquest and they would not send them the correct reports to proceed with the loan and Ameriquest had to put our refinance off because of them. They have imposed physcial hardships and financial hardships on us, for what being a customer. I am 45 years old and I am already stressed out so bad with this company I have been having chest pains and I cant sleep at night. Why does Americans have to be treated like this.
LETS DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS!!!!!!!!!!

We, my husband and I have just today made an apointment with an attorney to seek releif with this situation. Then glory Hallalujia I found we arent the only ones.
