Office Supply Outfitters purchased over $13,000 in compatible toner cartridges from us, the Manufacture. They resold the merchandise with their profit margin added in, sold all the merchandise at their Internet Store, collected the money in cash (credit cards), then refused to pay for the product.
Mike ( the owner) states he had to spend the money on advertising to keep his business going and can not pay. We agreed to let him pay, whatever amount he could afford, completely on his terms and his Terms were...REFUSED TO PAY

I work for a company who is also a victim of Mike Gardner (Direct Billings aka Office Supply Outfitter).
This con artist did the exact same crap on my firm feigning interes about doing real business and ended up giving some sob story about why he cannot pay shortly after he defaults on his receivables!
This trash even went as far as to give us a fake cc to charge only to request drawbacks immediately afterwards!
We are now down 60k and are lawyering up to go after this chronic swindler but may have a tough path ahead since this cockroach seems to always be on the run. As it stands, coward has indeed runned again to a new address:
1253 Activity Dr #B, Vista, CA 92081
Cockroach here might also be hiding under a new name (as noted by the huge assortments of DBAs above). This time possibly as "Eco Choice Imaging".
Be very aware when this guy goes on the move because this is a "clean slate" he attempts to use to steal more money and products from unsuspecting businesses. Can't wait to see this piece of garbage in court. Wish us luck.

The owner (Mike Gardner) of this company is indeed a lying crook and cheat who has bilked NUMEROUS vendors and currently owes a lot of people a lot of money. Till this day, he still calls unsuspecting toner companies trying to solicit sales and feign order interest. The moment he hits the credit limit, he runs like the coward that he is.
Thank goodness, my company gave him a very, very small credit line to work with. But this scam artist is still in the business right now and even owes his investor over a MILLION DOLLARS (so I'm told). I just wish this old foggie would cease and desist!
