Thought I was ordering "As Seen On TV" products. Looked official to me. Products were never received, it's been 9 weeks. My payment was processed immediately though!! Do Not order from their site!!
I should have known something was up when there was no tax, there were seperate shipping charges for Each Item and there is no way to track your order! Hindsight's 20/20!
They do not respond to email inquiries although they say they will within 48 hours.
The Office telephone number is no longer available and the message box is full, you cannot leave a message!
The phone number that was given to my bank related to payment has a message machine/service, but the message says it's no longer active and they do not return calls, even if you press 1 for more options and press 2 to send your message via Urgent Delivery.
They tell you in their messages to direct all inquiries to their email address. The one they don't respond to.
They also say your questions will be answered within 48 hours. They sincerely remind you to check you Bulk email or Spam mail Folder for their reply and "apologize for the inconvenience". But they Do Not Respond to Any Emails, I've submitted 3. And, Yes, I keep checking my bulk/spam folder.

I've already reported them today for something I paid for and have not received. Better Business Bureau website was acting up but I kept on trying and was able to file my report. Don't let them get away. The more people file for getting ripped off the worse the company will look and hopefully we will get somewhere!

Forgot to tell you my internet order was $50.92, Shipping charge was $30.84 for a Grand Total of $81.76.
I sent them an email after 10 days for tracking information after they failed to notify me that my order had been shipped. No reply.
I sent them another email after 1 month, again for tracking info. No reply. I attempted to call them also and found that they could not be contacted by phone.
My third email again requested tracking info as well as give them a Heads-Up that I was exploring methods to recoup my money, but thanking them if it had indeed been shipped. I gave them a full 8 weeks to ship the merchandise!
I'm about to email them about this report as well as the one I filed with iC3.
