On August 18th of 2008, I purchased official tv sports product for $21.99, so that I may watch sports games on-line, that are not televised on my network. I followed the instructions and downloaded the recommended products that were supposed to make it work. after a number of attempts and e-mail support@officialtvsports.com, it would not work. (there is no phone number to talk to a person about tech support or any other dept.).
I came to the fact it wasn't going to work on my computer, so I ask for a refund via e-mail. I was e-mailed back that read, the refund would be released on the 8th or 9th of the following month, for thats when accounting was able to release the funds. that date came and went, so again I contacted them via e-mail, and was told the same thing, the funds would be released on the 8th or 9th of November.
After not receiving a refund for the second month, I again tried, but this time no answers of any kind. I have been ripped off, and hope that I can inform others through this report, so that no one else falls for the same trap. I still haven't stopped trying to get my money back.

I subscribed to Official TV Sports to watch an international rugby game while I was visiting the USA. The website was very polished and looked legitimate, so I decided to give it a go. That was a big mistake.

Hello To all
I am the co owner of Officialtvsports and after reading articles about us feel that i must defend our company.
1st. We have never acted in any fraudulent way towards any customer, we have many thousands of happy customers that will verify this as i will individualy email all our customers asking them to leave a comment on here about us.
2nd. Its very sad that one or two people complain and feel that they have to write bad press on here to warn others of a non existing so called scam company which we are not and will prove to the writers of these wrong and miss guided comments.
3rd. We have never and would never scam anyone we have a good name and intend to withhold our name in the sporting world community. We have had good radio and TV press.
4th, We are a long standing company and our fee's are by far the lowest in the industry of webtv.
5th, Our financial department have never refused a refund. Refunds are issued after they have been investigated at length which sometimes can take up to 2 weeks but i must stress that we never refuse a customers refund if they cannot for any reason recieve our service.

I again tried to receive a refund for a product that doesn't work, but this time the links and support sights were all deleted.
When seaching for an On-Line sight to watch sports that you can't get on TV, beware the officialtvsports.com sight is very well done. looks lagit, it is easy to fall into there trap, so BEWARE!
