I put a car on reservation and they rented it to someone else. I asked them back for my deposit and they did not want to give it to me.
I went into the location and demanded it... insted they begged me to still do business with them and rent a different car at a better rate
I finished my retal and asked for my deposit beck... they said they will return it as soon as they finish checking the system to see if i violated any tolls
i called them 3 weeks later they said it takes 30 days
i called the next week, they said its 30 business days
i called n the 31st business day and the same guy now lossed his memory. he (richard) said did not have any record of my rental and that i may have made a deposit for someone else so he cant refund my money.
i am currently talking with my bank now and submitting the receipt in order to get the deposit refunded...
im not sure what other tricks they will have up their sleeves...
