I called and ordered wrinkless cream in january when it arrived there was two bottles I called and they said that was the second bottle if I liked it I could keep it if I didn't send back after the thirty day trial and I would be refunded my $4.99 and they would print me thereturn label on my printer for postage, so I had until the 31st I called on the 31st and told them I did not want it. By that time I noticed something wrong with my bank account I was over drawn and had to pay fees I went to the bank and wrinkless cream had taken $99.90 out of my bank accout I had approved  the $4.99 not this other. So I called them Yes I would get my money back I would get $74.92 I said why they said it was a restocking fee and I said I didn't ask them to send the second bottle. So I have called on many different occasions 3/12 4/12 4/20 4/8 4/30 5/5 5/26 6/11 6/307/2 7/22 and each time it is being processed and I will have my money in 1 week. One time it was at corporate headquarters and one time it was in management and another time it was just floating out there because it didn't know where to go. This place is a rip off stay as far away from it as you can get. I Have called the attorney General in my state of West Virginia I would suggest you ladiesin other states and in WV that has had problems call the attorney General the more complaints we get the better off we can get these people taken down. I will not stop its like a dog once I get a bite I won't stop especially when it is money out of my familys mouth to feed and clothe them. They are Nothing but frauds.
