Current lawsuit against Oklahoma DHS/OCSS prompted this report as I have been unlawfully charged the outrageous interest and on a fraudulent claim. The mother of the children has admitted to these facts in two hearings and yet the State continues to withhold monies not due based on the facts. Everything being collected is interest since the State determined in 2009 that since 1999. In this hearing the State DA was aware and stated that it was fraud and I only owed the mother $400 and they have taken $24000 from my checks as well as my tax returns unlawfully creating a hardship. Furthermore Oklahoma statutes are biased and discriminatory against men and violate their paternal rights and do not have the best interest of the child at heart. I can provide documentation and it can be requested and supeona as well on all these counts. This report is filed by Royce from Shawnee, Oklahoma
