We purchased a set of mattresses and a bed in May 2014. We picked up the mattresses about a week or so later but the bed was having to be made. We never received the bed as of this day we never received the bed. I am now unemployed and we can't afford the payments so when Okinus called I asked them since we never received the bed can they just take the bed off - they told me they would look into it and call back - I never heard from them - they called again I advised them the sane thing and was advised that I needed to contact the store. I tried several times calling the store with no answer finally I talked to the lady at the store and they don't have the money to pay for the bed so we are stuck paying for something we don't have. The people at Okinus is very rude and are rentlessly calling.

I have contacted Okinus SEVERAL times - everytime I have contacted them they are lookng into it and will call me back - Guess what?? It NEVER happens!!! last contact was 11/8/14 I was asked by Denise Riley by e-mail to give her time it's been 6 days and still nothing!!! I have been trying to work with your company and no one will help!! I keep getting the run around.

Okinus, Inc would like to assist the customer and resolve the issue. It is unfortunate that the customer is now unemployed, Okinus has options for customers that have fallen on hard times. If the customer does not have some of the merchandise they are urged to contact Okinus and speak to a member of management.
Okinus, Inc amicably resolves issues that do come up from time to time. This can be verified by the A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. Contact our office today and speak to a member of customer service if a resolution cannot be reached a member of management is available.
