Oklahoma Department Of Human Services Oklahoma Department Of InHumane Services Trying to take my rights away without a fair trial! ripoff Oklahoma City Oklahoma

Me and my ex had been apart for 4 years and my ex kept my girls away from me she also waived all child support. I didn't hear from my girls. She had married her ex-boyfriend they were abusing drugs, didn't want me to find out. It caught up with them.

One day I was working in the middle of Guthrie Oklahoma, I got a phone call from my mother telling me that DHS has my children. Keep in mind they have been away from me for 4 years. The last time that I saw them they were 2 1/2 and 3 1/2. Now they are 11,12.

I got in touch with DHS, they set up a visit with me and my children to reunite. It was the greatest thing that could have happened reunite me and my children, that was good for three years.

Going in and out for four years now the ex-husband now got his daughter back, his parents paid Cris Box. He could not have ever afford the "Boxes" her ex-now was too busy doing the meth thing he had mentioned it to me a long time ago that he got my ex started on intravenus using of meth, hmm. But he got his daughter back. Seems to me that DHS hasn't done there research! They are just looking at the power that his Attorney had.

I do not use or plan on to use meth and I cannot get my children into my custody because of one bad visit to my father which was cleared from DHS. They had to goto my fathers while I was working and they went to a nieghbors and a kid showed a knife off and so the girls went back and told the social worker about that visit and DHS stripped my visitations away from me. Now they have taken them out of my life. HMMM!

Now they are trying to take my rights away, DHS is also trying to make me pay back child support when I have a signed waiver from my ex-drug addicted wife. They have levied my accounts, and they are trying to ruin my life and I just want my children happy, and DHS is not trying to make this happen they are makig me look like a low down no good for nothing dad.

I just want to say I take care of 4 children full time now and would love for my children to join us. This is not FAIR! I will not give up! I cannot afford a high powered Attorney or I would have already had them back. But for DHS I think they are DEPARTMENT of inHUMANe SERVICES. Trying to take away MY RIGHTS AWAY!
