Old Country Buffet OCB OF KALAMAZOO STOLE MY MONEY kalamazoo, Michigan

I went to old Country Buffet on February 7,2013 I had a party of 8 we waited at least 20 mins before I asked what was taking so long a young manger walked by and said page it again after finally waiting 10 more mins I said i would like a refund in the mean while the manager was standing in the back chatting it up with other employees he finally came up front and refunded my cash back to a mastercard I checked with my bank and called ocb and spoke with general manager he informed me their was nothing he could do because their papers aren't their I then called their corporate office and spoke with a gentleman named seth he then informs me he would check with the department that handled refunds must i remind you this is 3 weeks later he never called me back I then called again and Seth then calls my phone private and leaves a message that my bank is holding my funds im far from crazy i contact my bank and they try to get in touch with ocb and no response i then make contact again late March and he continues to leave messages on my phone that my bank is holding my funds its sad that it is April and i still haven't received my funds yet im tired of playing phone tag and old country buffet corporate headquarters keep playing me like i am dumb or crazy i seriously need to find out what is their i can do
