Olshan Foundation Repair Misrepresentation and Fraud Kansas City Missouri

 We hired Olshan in 2008 to do some repairs to our home foundation due to water seepage issues we were having.  They came out and evaluated the foundation noting several issues and recommended a full anchor system, removal of our deck and patio, trenching the entire length of our basement and installing "waterlock" system to stablize the foundation.  After installation we still have issues with leaks around the windows and other areas of the basement and now we have cracks and sheet rock damage from additional shifting of the home.  When we contacted them for additional assistance under the "warranty" they claimed they did not work on that wall and did not warranty it.  They recommended an additional cost of $10,000 to anchor that one wall (the one we originally called on) and that process would require the deck to be removed again.  When we contacted thier office to dispute this they were rude, refused to provide their insurance agents number and contact info, refused to warranty the work and stood by the we didnt work on that wall motto.  I asked why did they rip off our deck and remove the patio if they did nothing to the wall he advised they did that to relieve pressure on the wall but they did not anchor the wall.  We were told they would anchor the back of the home and the one side of the home due to shifting of the home and that because we had called when we did they would anchor since it had not moved more than a few inches they would not need to lift the home off the foundation to repair yet in reality they did NOTHING!  Do not call these people unless you want to be 15-20,000 bucks out of pocket for a bunch of guys to come in tear up your house and not finish or even guarantee thier work,
