Olson Shaner Atty Debt collector attorney is unwilling to settle debt Salt Lake City Utah

Served papers from Olson Shaner attorneys in the evening.  Called next morning to find out information on the debt and was told "this call is being recorded" and "we will proceed with legal action" unless you can pay the balance in full or accept a payment plan.  My input is that it is awfully hard to "accept" a payment plan when you don't agree with the balance or how the balance was arrived at.  VERY difficult to get answers to questions as it seems all answers are "scripted" and they just repeat the same info.
