Olson Shaner Law firm failer to communicate and update status. Salt Lake City Utah

I was contacted only through a letter of Garnishment. Sense i did not work there anymore it was sent to my home. The documents were not real and they were not given to me. There was no attempt to contact me before this happend. They were asking me to provide documentation for a debt that was 11 years old and paid off. Not only were they asking for 2x the amount but they were insisting that the debt was valid without providing any information. Horrible company just out to get your money. There is laws against this type of practice and, as a law firm i would think they would know that.
