Guaranteed Price Moving says their prices are guaranteed to not change at pick up, but this is a lie! They claimed they needed more Cu ft than estimated. They also claimed we had additional items not originally given during quote; also a lie!

After they have the truck all loaded they spring it on you. You than find our they are nothing more than a broker so then all your items get transferred to another truck and moving company who of course claims total ignorance to the overcharge. Olympic Moving delivers our stuff at 9pm in the dark.

They are tired and in a hurry so they decide they will not re-assemble everything. "We only assemble one bed." They left us with a bed, vanity, and dresser to assemble although they were the ones who disassembled. Then when we told them several items were damadged they said to filw with claims.

We followed up by filing with claims who did not follow the time guidelines and filed everything in archives never notifying us of anything. After a dozen calls they dug it out of archives and sent us a copy. Of course by then it's too late because the claim is closed. Claims also stated that we didn't send all the required recepts, inventory list, pictures, etc.

LIE! We sent all of this! They were all rude during this whole process basically calling us a bunch of liars. In summary, the damadged several times, refused to assemble several items and overcharged us!
