well ! this is just to let that chuck guy know the next. this SOB, was begging Mr barry for some money, taking advantage that barry has a relationship with his sister,unfortunally this SOB was using his religion , and gospel to look more credible and cause a great deal of symphaty,him and his wife soleda camargo did signed a promisory letter, their bishop signed as a witness, when the time came up to pay ,omar and his wife vanished did not returned mr. barry phone calls, my client called his bishop, mr meneses sendt some counselors from their church to look for them ,and of course they never were civil enough to open the door to their bishops counselours, my client went to court ,small claim court, due to the amount didnt exceed more then 5,ooo dollars, back then, certified letters were sent , they just ignored them. my client had to pay 100.00 to the sherrif of that county to delivered a certified letter for the two of them to show up at court, they ignored those letters also, ... I'm sorry if you dont believe this. you dont know the details ,and if you feel offended that someone used the name of your religion to ripped off someone , dont take it personal or maybe you should go and try to help this brother of your religion with some money then you will see. well legal matters are on the way for these two , its been over a year and interest on the credit cards that Mr barry used to HELP these SOBS. now the amount has reached more then 5,000 due to the interest rate that Mr barry has being paying. now theres is a thing called GARNISHING YOUR PAY CHECKS BY A JUDGES ORDERS AND THIS TIME IF THOSE SCANNED artist dont COMPLY WITH THE LAW, JUDGE WILL PUT THEM AWAY. the paralegal

Barry, I am so sorry, but I do not believe anything you wrote. First of all, a random guy comes to your house to preach LDS doctrine and you let him in. You live in Mesa, AZ so you know that he is not a missionary because you know missionaries are not married and they do not go alone to someone's house.

Second, out of the blue, this Omar Camargo comes to your house asking for $4,000 for a loan to pay his mortgage, which you obviously know is in foreclosure if he says that he is going to lose his house. Now what you did was smart, you denied him the loan because he had bad credit (obviously) and he did not have any collateral for the loan (also obvious because if he did, he would go to a pawn shop).

Third, you start to believe that this christian man who talks about the church sometimes for three hours, is going to commit suicide by crashing his car against a wall, so his family can collect the insurance money. Really Barry? He must be a member of a special christian church that promotes suicide. Also Barry, crashing a car against a wall to collect the insurance money? You believed that? Why? Tell me one insurance company that does not have a suicide clause.

Fourth, you actually give him a loan and you are smart to get a cosigner and what a great cosigner... His bishop! Now BARRY, if you got a signed paper that says he owes you this money and it is cosigned by his "bishop" why don't you take him to court? That paper is a legal paper. Now why would you not use what obviously was the only smart thing you did... get a signed document... use it and take him to court? Better yet, if it is true that the bishop signed this document... why don't you find out who the Stake President is and take this document that Omar signed for you with his "bishop" to the one person that can embarrass him into paying you? Why did you believe that he would pay you if he could not pay the bank?

I believe that Omar did something to you Barry, but you are not telling us the truth. You obviously don't like Omar, but stupidity got you where you are now. Take him to court! Talk to his church authorities or take him to Judge Judy or the People's Court. That way you get paid something and if you win he can pay you. I was doing sum work at this new mexican restaurant in Scottsdale La Taverna its off of Oak and Scottsdale Rd. There I met this sloppy "construction guy" named Omar Camargo we had an argument over a parkin spot. Litle did I know his nephew owns the restaurant and Omar felt as if he had special privilidge. I ended up finishing my job there and totally ignoring this person. But he frequents this resaturant/ bar very often.
