Omar Encarnacion is a scam artist. He has worked with many telecom providers and he befriends people where he works and then asks for money. He made a story that his wife took all his money and ran to Florida so he has to pay rent. if he won't pay rent then his 2 kids won't have roof over their heads as they will be evicted in a day.

i made him sign a note that he owes me money and he sent that over email as well agreeing to pay me as soon as he gets paid. he was going to get salary and commission a week after I gave him the loan. he never paid me and stopped responding to my messages and calls and completely ghosted me.

I told the manager and they fired Omar as he was asking other team members for money as well. STAY AWAY FROM HIM. DO NOT LEND HIM EVEN A DOLLAR. he will lie to you that he has no money for gas or food. do not believe his lies. he is a scumbag.
