Omega E Supplements Credit card charged the day order was placed, but have not received the merchandise. probably North New Jersey

I placed an order on June 7 for supplements. My credit card was charged immediately for $39.89. After not hearing from them for two weeks, I e-mailed them trying to find out when the order would be shipped. After no response to my e-mail, I called and got an answering machine. I left the order # as requested along with a demand for a reply. Three days later I e-mailed them again for an answer, but still got no reply. Finally, I called them again on Friday, June 26 and left another message (with my order #) that if I didn't hear from them by Monday, June 29, that I would take action. Today I filed a complaint with my Visa card and also will contact the NJ Attorney General's office tomorrow. I can't believe that this company can stay in business treating customers this way. How can I help but think that they are a rip-off!!!
