We are a reputable HVAC company that has been in business for 35+ years. For the past several years, this company has sent out fraudulent "annual maintenance fee" invoices. There are sure to have "Be sure to note our new address" on the top and several ambiguous company names too. It's mail fraud and should be prosecuted by the FBI.
They claim it is for replacement of damaged audio recordings, though we have never done business with them. They obviously bought a mailing list (our noted customer # is our telephone number.)
In years past the invoice amount was for $39. Now it is $49. We are apart of an HVAC industry association and have voiced this concern to our fellow members. Two other members have been victimized by OMG and paid this fraudulent bill! They thought it was "for services that they received."
If you look closely, this company has an F rating with the BBB and some former employees aren't too happy with them either.
Someone should stop this company from this type of behavior.

Our annual maintenance fee is sent only to clients who have received our message on-hold services. We will gladly provide a copy of your last production and or script if you wish, though the anonymous nature of this website makes that difficult. Each year we send out hundreds of warranty replacements to customers who take advantage of the annual maintenance fee program. Please contact us to discuss further, we would love to have a satisfied customer and not an unhappy one! We have been in business for 23 years and have served the HVAC industry in every state. Thank you.
