Just like slick used car salesmen, I was coerced into this highly successful "mentoring" scam. Three different guys called and talked to me, passed around and given the hard sell, on a Saturday even. They called me 3-4 times that first day. When they quoted me $2695 I thought oh well, I don't have that, and next thing I know they are calling my credit card company to make a deal with them. They call me back, hey call AMEX again tell them to charge this and this and ask for the extended account. They declined this since it was not an evolving acct but pay in full each month.
I was glad they denied the charge and thought good riddance.

Two days later they email me a contract and call me back, we will offer it to you for $2695 the whole sha-bang. No thanks I no longer wanted anything to do with them, I tried an internet search and could not find anything on them. If it's such a hard and desperate sell, something had to be fishy. I check my AMEX acct and sure enough there's a charge for $2695. I call them back and ask them to please just forget all this, I don't want any part of it. Then they tell me ok we'll refund you all but a 15% stocking fee.

What I hadn't rec'd anything. I called AMEX and asked them to check this out and reverse the charge. I was refunded all but 15% and then the next day I was recharged this again. and now somehow I'm signed up for this no good and oretty much useless program. I already had a website with Yahoo, and didn't need another. Oh but they could make me RICH!!!

Then I get a charge for $29.99 from Universal consulting, who are they. I call the # on my cc statement. That's the internet hosting fee WHAT????

So for some reason I get called by Stanley, my mentoring coach, who from day one thought I had rocks for brains or something. Yeah, I get 8 sessions with this character. It takes him about 15 of the 30 minutes of our session to get to anything considered business. What the heck???

I get a response from AMEX, yes, it's subject to a 15% restocking fee if I cancel within 3 days, and guess what, it has been recharged to my card, heaven help me.
My coach was rude and condescending. I told them I already had a website and didn't need anymore hosting fees. But no, for my $2695 I got yelled at, berated, no quick traffic generator, no search engine submissions (not even free ones) a domain name, that to this day they will not change to my current server, even after calling and emailing repeatedly. I asked them to cancel the website hosting but remained to be charged for it, $29.99 a month.

After my sessions I'd get an email with instructions and useless links to things Stanley didn't get to even explain in his 30 minutes a week. And I never got a course completion cd or my congratulations from Jeremy Cobb for learning all about these amazing trade secrets I could have gotten from web-building for dummies or something else cheap.

I called and asked for a refund many times, I never spoke with anybody who helped me, would listen or care.

So, Mr Cobb...
Please refund me my $2695 plus $29.99 web hosting for 6 months. I never used your products, trade secrets or websites. They whole thing was a huge waste of my time and money. I learned nothing and got nothing. I couldn't even get my domain name changed to my server.
The tactics of this company are unethical. I was charged, reimbursed and recharged within a few days and then harassed by phone and email repeatedly.

PLEASE HANG UP IF YOU HEAR THESE PEOPLE CALLING FOR YOU!
I want my $$$ back. I had to pay AMEX that whole $2695 in one month, my acct wasn't revolving, and I had just started my small business in the hole.

HOW CAN I GET MY $$$ BACK???? Your end of the contract wasn't upheld. I WANT MY REFUND!!!
