The OMNI HOA management company fails to maintain the common areas of my neighborhood.   Here are a few items that I have asked about, several times, over the last six months. 

  • Prune bushes at the enterway to the Adalee Park subdivision 
  • Remove dead bushes that were killed by the cold in February 2014
  • Refresh the mulch 
  • Replace/repair the lighting that is at the entryway
  • Repair Adalee Park signage (this item was repaired after two phone calls and six weeks of waiting)

 I have never called to complain about a neighbor, my concerns are strictly related to the common areas of my neighborhood.

By the way, I am current in the payment of my Association Dues.  However, I will be looking into putting my dues into an escrow account until OMNI can resolve the problems.

It seems filing a complaint with the BBB and Ripoff Report has worked.  All but one item has been resolved.  Going forward I hope that a single phone call to OMNI will work to resolve any issues.
