Jenny Moore repeatedly called our office, asking to speak to our superintendent. We eventually let her speak with him and she claimed she was referred to our office by "the women at the county"-which in our small town, sounded legitimate. Our superintendent listened to her story about how there was business going under and they were trying to get rid of office supplies for a cheap price. He then put her through back to me and told me I could order some supplies for our small office of 5 people.

She gave me some prices for a couple items, which we did not NEED, but we could use-if we were getting them at a discount. I ordered a FEW packages of post-it notes for $11.88 each, and boxes of 2 different kinds of pens for $0.99 each. The only info she had was our address. No info about how we were going to pay. She said she didn't get involved with the billing, but she would have the company send us an invoice.

Twelve days later, our office received (2) 36 POUND BOXES of post-it notes! No paperwork was in the boxes, just 72 pounds of post its.

I called the number on the box and had to leave a voicemail. Jenny called me back and I told her this was not what I ordered and I wanted to return all of it. She claimed that this was only half the amount I asked to order (which was definitely wrong!) but she didn't have that many left. She said she would fax us an invoice (2 days later, we still have not received), that she would let us decide what we wanted to do after we got it, and that she was willing to "work with us".

I googled the company and found this website. Our payroll department called , had to leave a message, and received a call back. They told her we were not gonig to pay for the product and we they needed to send a UPS pickup. Jenny said they paid to have it shipped and we needed to pay to send it back. I didn't ask for them so send 72lbs via UPS and we're not paying to send it back.

Don't fall for their fast talkers! They speak in circles and get you confused. When you repeat what you actually want to buy, they obviously do not understand.
