American Soda purchase $30,000.00 of soft drinks for sale on its internet site in the United Kingdom. Goods were shipped to the United Kingdom (England) from the US. American Soda (Hughes Imports) ignored all requests for payment over the last year. The invoice is still outstanding. This is a warning to all American food and beverage exporters, distributors, and wholesalers. Do not do business with David and Peter Hughes (Hughes Imports). They promise huge amounts of business and never pay for the product.
