Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Use his company to charge me for the item he sold. Got the money next day but never communicate after getting the payment, until now haven't received the item. Tried to call many times and e-mail. Even went for a Square Trade solution yet never replied about the shippment or shipping information and the invoice and no acknowledgement reply in terms of receipt of payment.

I am sorry to acknowledge the fact that someone has utilized my family's good name in the misappropriation of the company "On The Spot Mobile Oil Change & Repair". If the party in question had used a credit card and no product was recieved. I would get a hold of the issuing card/bank and refuse/stop payment for not recieving product or services.
I do understand that this is not the first incident that a company name or its services have been exploited for economical gain with current/past employees.
