Once upon a wing eBAy (or Feebay) continues to rip off sellers, don't bite the hand that feeds you? micco Florida

After 9 years of selling on eBay, power seller, top rated, I continuosly beat my head on the wall keeping up with changes that just take and take a little more,

The latested is they required larger pixel gallery shots, their software automaticlly reduced the size below minimum for all these years, they now stop your add from running till replaced. what a headache.

That one only cost you time! thats worth nothing right?

Or how about this one now if you start a store to save money you must comit to a years rate and early pentanty of $58 if canceled.

Why I'm writing is very different at least I think it is.

I sold a professial nikon camera used (very new with 1000 clicks) the buyer later informs me that it needed service, I agreed to cover cost to nikon , he refused and wanted to return it, even though I had it marked no returns, eBay's high dollar debute agent agreed with the buyer, I was informed to refund when I received it back.

3 weeks later and 2000 clicks I got it back.

I called eBay to re open the case, they said no, refund or we will do it for you and you will not get your finial value fees back,

The buy also had received 5% back on a program called my REWARDS, which I paid $7 a month for and eBay say they never heard of this program and deined it too.

I closed linked bank account due to the $2K overdraft coming, and were denied the funds, next this caused me to place the store on vacation and I placed a hugh banner explaining major disbut with management may have to close.

eBay fees kept rolling in , I sent out all the orders I could till closed, I was selling about $4K a month and eBay had about $700 monthly income from me.  They finial attached to my personal bank account for $500 of the fees.  The only link to my home account was Bill Me Later!  I filed unauthorized case with my bank and lost.

Although my bank backed up that no other charges from eBay were ever placed with this account.

Now I closing that account after 30 years of banking with Bank of America ( rip off)

Recently Pay Pal on another account backcharged me for a 5 week old sale ( un authorized )

I had proof of EXPRESS mail delivery to the buyers address,  I lost!

they told me to contact the buyer and try to get my merchandise back? (what a joke)

What I'm I paying them for?

Now Im starting over again, maybe with Square register and a new bank like TD.

Also have 5000 on my mailing list from Auctiva/eBay and my own web store!

PLEASE INFORM ME OF ANY CLASS ACTION LAWSUITS ON EBAY OR PAY PAL
