Onda Android Tablet Onda Tablet - Beware! Onda Sells Defective Tablet and Refuses Refund/Exchange! Internet

I bought an Android tablet from Onda Tablet and it failed to operate after several days.  After numerous attempts to contact Onda for a refund or an exchange, Onda service rep Jason finally responded after I filed PayPal dispute.  He denied my refund request but agreed to an exchange. I was asked to ship it back so Onda's engineers could test it and provide an exchange as needed.  I paid additional international shipping fee to have it ship to China.  I confirmed with my local post office that the package arrived in China on 9/20/12 but it was undelivered due to numerous failed delivery attempts.  I tried to contact Onda couple times and received no response as of this date.  I have filed a PayPal claim and it is being reviewed.  Now, I don't have a product and lost several hundreds of dollars.  I don't know what else can be done since Onda is a company in China.  I will never buy from online international companies after this!
