I have made 5 attempts for someone to contact me.  2 email addresses did not work. the 3rd, fourth, and fifth time the emails went through with no response.

Message body:

My name is Linda Miller and I am very unhappy with the way you do business.

On the 16th of October, 2017, I tried to contact the Salvation Army, a local agency in this area.  The phone automatically connected me to your site.  I was railroaded into trying to purchase a product that I was not interested in having.    The girl that I was on the line with (didn't get her name) told me that I could try this product for $2.95. If I try it, I would receive a $100 gift card that could be used to purchase various products.  I gave her my information and told her very specifically, not to run my card until the 19th, there wasn't any money in that account and it was already overdrawn.(I have overdraft protection)    She ran it anyway. I was charged the $2.95 on the purchase and an additional $30 overdraft fee. Even though you refunded the first $2.95 on the same day, it was too late. The bank automatically takes the charge.    Then on the 19th of Oct, another $2.95 was charged to my account. Since I was already overdrawn from the first transaction, the bank charged me with another $30 overdraft charge. Now I'm out $60.

I cancelled this order on the 27th of Oct. Cancellation #  1123513    I was told by Finn on the 28th, (I could not activate the gift card) to go to another web site address to enroll. www.100dollarvaluecard.com. No surprise, it didn't work!

On my 4th time calling this company, I spoke to Josh. He was quite helpful speaking to a supervisor on my behalf. He connected my gift card, which I have not tried to use as of yet. Josh told me to email you this note along with the bank statements for the over draft fees. I have attached 2 documents from my bank.

I want the $60 refunded back to my debit card.   Thank you for your time. I look forward to a speedy resolution.
