On Sept. 05 2006, we bought a camcorder on line. Because we didn't receive any confirmation from the store we called on sept.06. A representative answered and told me the camera was sold out and hung up on me. I called again, and the same person answered and in very rude and agressive way said "I told you your order was cancelled" to what I replied "No, that is not what you said" (because I wanted to know how to cancel the order and make sure I was not going to be charged) he just said "well, it is" and hung up on me again.

Checking with the better business bureau, I found out that the name of the president of the company is MICHAEL BTESH. And that they operate under a lot of different names like:Best Buy Digital, Circuit Digital, Digicam returns, Digital Fuze, Digital support Department, Digitally discovered, E-Supersale, One Click Digital, Source for Digital, Tristate Digital, World Net USA, Inc.
