My original report still stands as the truth. The "Employee" with inside information is a fool! These people are all con artists. If they really knew what they were talking about they wouldn' t have to be in fraudulent business in the first place!
Fact 1: They are our right liars and they have never once paid out on any contest or challenge.
Fact 2: Yes I did ask my friends to go down there, and now they all know that this is a fraud too!
Fact 3. There never was a paycheck for me and they are cowardly they all disapear if I go up there to get my check. The police department said they get people in there daily with complaints about this place. I am not sure how they can remain in business.
Fact 4: I don't want to be in their offices I just want the proof of my work.
Fact 5:My step-daughters mother gave her permission, I should have listened to her and I did not. She told me this was a scam and it didn't sink in until I had already lost a bunch of money. I never paid or requested a photo shoot and there were no refunds given. My credit card company did refuse to pay the charges and I put a fraud alert on all my accounts including my soc ID number with the credit bureau.
Fact 6: Confidentiallity agreements are only valid with legitimate companies and they are not. So I hapily spread the word any way I can that these people are poision. I will shout it from the rooftops!
Fact 7: Even my husbands X will validate the fact that my husband has never once been late on child support. He has been employed by the same company for over 10 years. And she accually lost her last court apearance requesting increased support because he was current and never once delinquent so her petition for more money was denied!
Fact 8: Not one person has ever contacted me from their company!
Fact 9: Spreading lies is a crime ... I am only telling what happened to me! These people are scum of the earth!
The real Actors Guild was very interested to find out about these people. I would have given anything to see the look on their face when they showed up and busted their presentation wide open!
I am not under any contract or agreement with them! The News papers are happy to print my stories.
The better business bureau is a scam ... as long as they report businesses like these as good standing.
This Cj from Waterford, Michigan is a fool and very immoral deamon strait from hell just like all the rest of them in that office.
I hope ths has helped someone avoid this and other businesses like them.
I suggest looking up all businesses on ripoffreport.com before you go for interviews and work agreements.
Yes and why is your name and company mentioned here if you are legit?? There needs to be a special kind of genocide just for people like you at One Source Talent.

The purpose of this response is to address my account in regards to this complaint.
Unfortunately, at the time that the original complaint was made by Marci, I was no longer an employee of One Source Talent, however I was the acting Director during the time in question when she worked as a talent scout for the company.
When this contest was run, there were concerns regarding the eligibility of the person(s) that Marci had scouted as the majority were comprised of her family members and friends. I honestly have no recollection as to whether or not the total number of people she had brought in had met the requirements, although I do recall her being excited at the prospect of hitting the target number. She had expressed to me that she was in a difficult financial situation and that she desperately needed the extra income.
Had I still been at the company when she decided to file this complaint, I would have helped her personally and cross-referenced the number of people she had brought in that night in order to validate her claim, however in the end I was not present for this. I can understand why other employees there would not permit her access to old files as it is not standard company policy to allow any employee access to the Corporate Director's office, however I was told by Anthony (the owner) that the company had made many efforts to resolve this issue with her and that she had also been issued a check, which if that is in fact the case then why hasn't she updated this complaint?
As it has been a long time, I will not respond to many of Marci's disconcerting statements except to express my dismay and disappointment that she felt the need to publicly voice several unsubstantiated and ethically questionable claims regarding One Source Talent, the Better Business Bureau, the legitimacy of confidentiality agreements and CJ another former employee who also felt it necessary to voice his opinion.
It should also be mentioned that another former employee, Rochelle G. was listed in Marci's complaint as she was not in a position to address Marci's complaint since she her department was not involved.
It is disconcerting that any professional, or organization would use this site as a valid resource for due diligence as matters such as these should be left to the discretion and opinion of the courts and our legal system.
