One Stop Furniture ripoff Promise to deliver furniture and hasn't Mt. Holly New Jersey

I'm submitting this on behalf of my daughter who, bought a house load of furniture from this company at the end of December beginning of Janurary.

They promised to turn a sofa into a sofa bed. After what seems like weeks past, my daughter called to inquire about it and was
told by the receptionist that "she didn't ordered a sofa bed.

She called the manager and was told that the sofa would be coming
soon. (to no avail). My daughter then called to ask for her money back and was told that "We don't give money back, only a store credit can be issued.

The delivered the love seat on Jan. 26, and after many attempts to get the sofa, my daughter demanded her money back.

My daughter has spent thousands of dollars in that store, only to be shunned and ignored. This has got to stop!

I too bought a bedroom set from them. It should have been a black
set. only to received a white one. ( no problem, i'm not hard to please) After a month, i find that the workers hadn't connected the headboard to the base of the bed. ( again no problem)

Now, back to the furniture. Here it is 6 months later and furniture from somewhere else, we are now stuck with a love seat we don't want and The company won't come and get it and return my daughter's money. The price you pay for the furniture far exceeds the quality of merchandise. Is there anyone else who has come underfire from this terrible company? Please let me know
