one greenmonster, esa claimed i would get gift card and i would reduce all my utilites by 50% Internet

I just received my utilities for the summer i was told i would save 50 percent on all utilites throughout the year well my electric bill was double last year. It was so high that Rocky mountain power said i was  97th out of 100 for useage in june. I have not changed anything since last year except for the solar water system they put on the house. Why did it double. Sounds like i was taken badly by there attic sealing that was supposed to be so good. On the one hand i did get my 300 dollar check after 3 emails and the salesman is nowhere to be found.
