OneStar Long Distance, Inc. not worth dealing with

OneStar switched our company's long distance plan to a different one, so that they can charged us monthly fee. When we called them, the customer service was of no help. Also, after we cut our phone lines from two to one, they still wanted to charge us two PICC(presubscribed interexcharge carrier charge).

Since calling them on the phone did not resolve our problems. we e-mailed them, we got some strange answers. For example, if the bill was dated 01/12/00, the long distance charges were from 12/13/99 to 01/12/00, but the charge for PICC was for 11/13/99 to 12/12/99. So when we looked at our first bill, we found out that we were charged the PICC even when we were not customer of OneStar during the period.

After many e-mail exchanges, they agree to credit some money to our account. Our company has since closed the retail location and all phone numbers were disconnected at the end of January,2000. But guess what, a bill dated 03/12/00 still charged us the monthly fee and PICC. The credit was nowhere in sight.

Stay away from OneStar if you get a call from them, because once they charge you, they keep charging you. They will invent answers to fit the charges.
