onestep reality one step reality jackson Michigan

 I just moved in to a duplex owned by onestep reality my shower sink toliet and kitchen sick havent worked in 2plus weeks ive repeativly called one step reality and the have blown it off time and time again i only have scolding hot water in my kitchen sink which my little girl got burned from and on top of this showed an apt downstairs for them and got it rented for them which i am not lisenced to do on top of me cleaning the apt for someone to move in for them. They could care less ive had to shower and stay else where even though i've paid my rent! If anybody that is having problems like this PLEASE contact me at (((redacted))) . Not to mention some other illigal things from downstairs that are VERY dangerous and i should have called the police. they dont give a d**n im living in these conditions and this is just crazy please i need help from others who have dealt with this. please!!!
