The offer was to pay $16,000. Then you are able to access their advertising service.  This allows you to do ad spends for  $4000.00.  They place all of the ads.  They had a video of a man from an ad-buying agency that claimed that Matt Graham turned over a million dollars of advertising per month.  Anyone who spends that kind of money on advertising should know what they doing. 

After you place the ad spend, at the end of the month you would have a profit share because you put up the money for the ad.  The profit share was stated to be anywhere from $100.00 to $5,000.00 per month.  Thus making back your initial buy-in in about 6 months. After that, you could continue to profit for as long as you wish. 

I was able to make one billing cycle.  On the second billing cycle, just days before I was to receive a payout, I noticed links not working. 

I sent an email to support and got nothing back for several days.  Then on August 25th, I received this notice:

Online Academy has had to temporarily interrupt operations. We are working with our advisors and attorneys to resolve current issues around the campaigns and payments and hope to have answers for all investors and business partners on next steps by September 5th. We apologize for the inconvenience and will have answers as soon as we are able, but no later than September 5, 2023. We will be back in touch as quickly as possible. Thank you for understanding and apologies for the interruption.

September 5th came and went.  There have been no answers, no phone calls have been returned, no emails have been returned, they just disappeared. The website is down, all the videos are down and that's it.  They are gone.  

There are many victims here.  I started a FB Page and so far there are 8 people on it.  I know there are many more as well.  Everyone is out about $20,000.00.
