I am part of a collective group of over 200 individuals from all over the United States, and we grow every day. I am writing to report a significant financial scam orchestrated by individuals associated with Online Academy LLC, for which I took out a loan in order to invest, not knowing it was fraudulent. We currently have an open investigation with the FBI to hopefully bring these individuals to justice for their financial crimes.

The main individuals are:

Matt Graham and Orlando Diaz

Key Details of the Scam:

Perpetrators: Matt Graham and Orlando Diaz, among others, actively encouraged participants to borrow money from their chosen lender or use their credit card or personal check to join Online Academy, citing the program's purported profitability for all clients. They assured us that Online Academy Passive Participants would inevitably earn substantial commissions based on proven client ad campaign results. The opportunity was to be 100% passive as they (Online Academy) would be placing all advertising campaigns on their end. We were required to place $4,000.00 per cycle into their portal. At the end of the cycle, we were guaranteed to be paid back at least the 4K, but up to $10,000.00, with the average being somewhere in the middle. Our only obligation was to purchase the ad campaigns. This came with the promise of a full money-back guarantee at any time. It was $12,000.00 to initially get into the ad cycles and then a recurring $4,000.00 per cycle afterward. Most of us never got a chance to see any returns.

On August 25th, 2023, they sent out an email to all their clients/victims saying that they had to shut down operations temporarily, but they would get back to us by September 5th, 2023. That was the last anyone has heard from them. They are gone and so is everyone’s money.

Losses: Many of us are now saddled with significant loans with high-interest rates, while others have suffered substantial financial losses right out of their bank accounts and credit cards. We entrusted our money in good faith, backed by a contract that promised no losses and the ability to receive full refunds at any point, minus commissions.
