Why "Online Detective" should be arrested! Ripoff!

"Online detective" claims they are the most powerful information source on the internet! Find out about lost friends, loved ones
,or information like Unlisted phone numbers.
"Free trial" cost $4.95 for 3 days providing you have a bank account and are willing to give them a check number.
Just remember to cancel before your 3 day period is over or they will automaticly deduct 29.95 a month for their fabulous service!
O.K. I went in for the trial period in search of my brother who hasnt been heard from in 8 years.
The only "information" they could provide was what to do if I ever was to move to Texas. They couldnt even locate me and I have a listed phone, Owned my own home for over 3 yrs. And they already had my address.
I said "this is not for me" and went to cancel my subscription
according to the simple directions they gave upon downloading the program.
Wouldnt ya know, Their cancel page would not respond, or time out errors would come up.
I contacted a Mr. Jeff Vandyne and chewed on him for a min.
(Im the costomer, I can do that)
He responded by telling me, and I quote, "Your opinion of our site dose not matter".
He even went so far as to tell me his leagle dept. was looking forward to hearing from me!
(I thought I was the paying customer If this guy worked at Wall-mart I would have his job)
Needless to say I still cant get the "cancel page to work and I probably have a subscription for life to a compleatly useless site unless you want to know how to contact dmv and want to know how to obtain a d.l. in Omaha Neb.
