I called the company and requested tickets for a venue in Los Angeles. The amount of the tickets came to $1,452.00. The event was to celebrate what may have been our last night out with my mother in law who was scheduled for a leg amputation in two days. The transaction took place over the phone. I trusted this company and was utterly surprised when 13 people showed up to the Shubert theater in three separate cars only to discover there was no theater there. It had been torn down.

We tried to contact the company by phone and received an answering machine. We contacted our credit card company. We thought the matter had been dealt with. The charge showed up months later after being removed.

The company has lied repeatedly about this incident. They never sent a confirmation letter regarding the purchase so I have nothing in print. The credit card company can not proceed because the transaction happened over the phone. I requested seats for a venue in LA. I was sold tickets to a show in New York City. These people are con artists and I believe because of their continued lying regarding this matter have done this intentionally.

Do not do business with these lying thieves. This matter was taken to better business bureau and they continued to lie and even accused us of fradulent behavior. Come on'. They must not have checked our financials to be stupid enough to say something like that.

Now we have to take them to small claims court. They sold us tickets to a city across the nation. We lost out on a night out with a mother, grandmother, sister and mother in law who will never have her leg back. We can't have that night back. The money is a minor incident. These people are deplorable. They not only took advantage of us in a heart wrenching situation but they have failed to admit their deceit and have gone so far as to lie continually and now accuse us of falsehood.

Help put these people out of business. Don't give them any.
