BE aware, after ordering 9 pairs of shoes from this company, I started recieiving call backs to "verify my order" When I questioned why this was happening, I was told, Onlineshoes had a file on me that said i was a bad customer. So I am a bad customer after I buy 9 pairs of shoes? I also explained to them that this verification was slowin down shipping.


I was then told, there are a lot of places to buy shoes I should seek out another retailer. I explained to the person there must be some confusion. I had never lost or not paid for anything or tried to return used shoes. I can not figure out why this company shose to do this to me. I explaiend I am a person with disabilities and the person who claimed they were the call center manager LAUGHED OUT LOUD and told me I did not sound to disabled to her..


I can agree with one thing that was told. THERE ARE other places to buy shoes, so I will take that advice. I am however concerned about this secret file with my infomration floating around out there. I thought it was illegal to keep secret files on your customers?? 


Make Life easy GO SOMEWHERE else. The only thing I ever compalined about was a pair of grey market shoes this company sent me and then I PAID to return. If that makes me a bad customer SO BE IT!

After going as far as to file a complaint with the BBB, this company still has my information  and is still senidng me emails. I was told my a supervisor they did not want me to buy from them anymore therefore why do they have this deragatory infomration about me and continue to send me spam email. The emails have been reported as spam through my isp.

 

Furthermore  now since Jan is once again unavailable to speak to customers as she was the initial date all this started, I get to file another compaint because my bank informed me that Online Shoes is not releasing the cash back they owe me on this purchase $22. The other 9 pairs went through within less then 30 days, now however since my reports to the BBB and RR. their going to make me wait the full 90 days. Where I come from we call that SPITE..

In hindsight I suspect this is why I was treated sub par. These companies partner and offer discounts, then when you use the discount a little more then they like, they dont need you anymore.

I want my $22 and I want my infomration removed from your database.

Suggestion for Jan: Vice President of Cusomter Service, be available for customers who are clearly beyond dissastified and down right disgusted.
