ONLINESUPPLIER.COM Ripoff, Deceptive LONG BEACH California

I ordered the package for the two week free trial at a cost $1.95, the same day i received the package in the mail a gentleman called from the onlinesupplier.com company and asked if I would be interested in receiving my full membership. I told him no and to cancel my membership (now granted this was within my two week free trial). the rep said no problem and that he was cancelling my membership.

the next week I received my bank statement and I realized that I was charged for $29.95 and $59.95 on the same day. I called the customer help line and I was told that they record every phone conversation so they could have the conversation for their records and they told me that the person that I spoke with was a 3rd party rep and they couldn't authorize a cancelation.

I asked to speak with a supervisor, I was asked to hold, about 30 minutes later, a supervisor came on the line and told me the same thing that the first person told me, that he could issue a refund because I didn't call and cancel my membership directly. I informed the supervisor that I spoke a rep the previous week and canclled, he told me that I didn't.

Now i ask you if you had someone calling you from a "business" and you told them to cancel your membership and they said that they would, wouldn't you think that the membership was cancelled?
