Onondaga County Department of Socail Services crooked county employees Syracuse New York

 I am disabled with two children in my household and my oldest I pay child support for. I recieve Temporary assistance for my two kids in my household, SSI, SSDI for myself, Section-8, Child support for one of my children that lives with me. My one and two year old daughters and I recently were hospitalized for carbon monoxide poisioning on 12/04/2014. We live in Syracuse, NY. and the agency I am complaining is supposed to help families but I found out that these county representatives have been committing fraud, pejury at fair hearing, stealing and misappropiating my family benefits and it has gotten so bad that the child support that was stolen from me is now expalined by me being the father to some unknown child. I wrote the white house and the represenative wrote me stating that I am being called the mother and not the father but I am not the father or mother to this child. I went to the family court house and the woman said the thing I have in common with the child is that the child is the child of my son I pay child support for father's other baby's mother! I know crazy!!!!!

 This agency has failed to take my report of all the fraud and criminal activity and they conspire with other agencies to try to ruin my family. The department of Socail services had five counts of welfare fraud on me and went under oath with these accusation and committed perjury. I came with reciepts showing otherwise and won and I questioned the Adminiastrative law judge about what would have been the outcome if I had not had a piece of paper after two years and he refused to go into it and I was silent but all these families that these workes have abused and ruined.. The male worker then said he knew were the reciept was and came in with a document!!!! The judge let this happen!!!!! No Pejury or anything!!!! This is still a current issue for me and my family! I have section-8 workers ms. Evans and her supervisor Mr. Carey who are very rude and yell at me and hang up on me when I request my documents and printout or have informational questions. I am looking for and am in need of a civil rights attorney!! I have went to the comptrollers office, The commissioner's office, the mayor's and the entire elected officals office about all these agencies here stealing benefits from my family and I. The lawfirm olinski and shurtliff lawfirm- Jaya Olinski -stole money and when I complained another employee their told me I owed him money and I recorded this coversation and I sent emails to the lawfirms online contact them area and they never returned my message!!!

I have contacted the O.I,G about my Social Security that was  stolen and money is being takened out of my check and $23 has been added to a debit card I did not authorize BUT money is being takened out of my check and no reason or notification was ever given about this. I found out this yearwhen trying to file taxes. I won my SSI/SSDI case in 01/2010 and I never recieved a award letter stating what my case won and when I request that I am hung up on or kicked out by security. I have phone recordings  from a worker ms. Dolloff and she states that money was just being held and that the lawyer was over paid. Another woman named micheel sent me documents that were stapled and had black marker on the figures and nothing added up and papers showing the bank payments went to the lawyers, The department of socail services- who said they did'nt get paid and recouped me and I did a fair hearing and my lawyer shelly tsai and her supervisor attorney did some slick stuff and had me sign a form.. I found out today at the commissioners office from mr mcman and sue that I settled! I had wrote numerous complaints and documents to my attorney and the commissioner about what I wanted!n Why would I allow the county to steal from me and then go all the way to fair hearing and then say no, you can have it. I did do a complaint on shelly tsai but the legal aid society is not helpful and hinderand ignore me when I have issues and need assistance. I know there is someone that can help me put these criminals away. Please help me. I am never gonna STOP reporting this!!!!

I have been violated by the Department of Socail Services, Socail Security Administation, Olinski law group, leagal aide society's shelly tsai and eric her supervisor, The syracuse police that refuse to take my complaint, the commisioner's office-wokers and detectives, the comptroller's office for not acting, the entire board of elected officials, nys child support, all the administrative law judges that I made aware of and saw these crimes and did not act and the untined counsel of welfare fraud that did'nt act. All these agencies are that colored and money motivted!!!! I am motivated by survial and taken care of my family and I pray that those who reads this will help me, PLEASE!!!!! I did nothing but found out I had been wronged. And if my color is a problem then close your eyes and help!!!!! Thank you.
