Purchased Computer bare bones kit from Tiger Direct, the kit came with 8 rebates. Submitted all necessary paperwork and fulfilled all requirements for rebates. Onrebate.Com web page shows all rebates have been accepted and processed and approved for payment and 3 have been paid but,the remaining 5 have not been paid. All rebates were mailed and accepted in June 2006.

As of Dec. 7, 2006 I have sent 3 e-mails to Onrebates.Com and have not received any response. Both Tiger Direct and Onrebates.Com are owned by the same person and onrebate phone number is a computer response system and you cannot reach a live person. There so called customer service is really customer NO SERVICE. Do not buy anything from Tiger Direct that have rebates attached to the product.

I think we should consider a class action lawsuit. I have been waiting since August for my rebate, as well.

I was on the phone today with Nicky Thomas and also got dumped into Marsha Tate's voicemail, as well.

I found out from Nicky that SHE DOESN'T LISTEN TO VOICEMAIL.

I left at least 6 messages for her on this phone number:

866-310-8074, which she said was her direct line.

Not one response.

this is what i'm doing... granted yesterday my call was either disconnected or i was hung up on...

if you call the 888 number and go through all the maddness (verify it's you-> say "that one" or whatnot to get to the main menu of one of your rebates than start rambling, it'll go off for a few minutes about needing you to tell it one of a few different commands... just keep rambling "blah blah onrebate sucks" [it makes you feel good right?])
eventually it'll say "please hold while i transfer you to the call center" or some such thing...

and there's a live person

this has to be done during their business hours (9-5? florida time, which happens to suck for me on the west coast)

create a hotmail account (or something), and post the address if you have any trouble with the above
