An order placed for a keyboard remained unshipped for over 30 days after confirming order. I was not a Paypal customer so I had to go through credit card issuer to dispute this transaction. Seller emailed how soon refund would be given, it never was. Seller also told bank investigators that refund was issued, it never was.
