Everything the BBB profile on this company says, is true.

Issues;
1) Sold Used camera as New
2) Charged us $60.00 for a rechargeable battery pack that we found for $9.00 on 10 other websites! - HIGHLY OVER PRICED on accessories!
3) Very rude when and if you can actually get anyone on the phone.
4) High pressure sales tactics - emailed us supposedly to "confirm
order" and was really trying to sell very high priced accessories!

My wife purchased a "new" Kodak z1012is from this online
retailer, when we received the camera - it was obviously used. It was in a plain white box with poorly photo copied - black & white labels, with all items in box scotch taped together. I took pictures of everything to document this - because I could not believe it. When I called the company, after a 22 minute wait, "Joe", who was very rude, fast talking - clearly just trying to get
off the phone - told me I could have a free battery - and that Kodak must have sent them the camera that way! I've purchase 12 cameras from kodak over the years and have never seen this!!!! I was told I should receive an "RA" number to return the camera - but that never came! I've tried calling back, but either no one picks up the phone, or I have not been able to wait the very long hold time. I have emailed them back 3 times - with no answer. In my email I included the pictures I took, a copy of the invoice and my request to give me my money back or send me a "new" camera - as they advertised!

I also called KODAK - they flat out DID NOT CARE! Kodak is just as bad! Recommendation- Don't buy anything from this company - no matter if the prices look good - you'll regret it! I hope this complaint saves other people the aggravation from getting ripped off!

Documentation available upon request - We're now going to the New York State Attorney's office - as well as other
consumer protection resources!

Also - they refuse to itemize there invoices - they told me "if they listed prices they would have to charge more"

...the list goes on and on.
