Onyx Acceptence tacked on ins. to my monthly payment said i did not have auto insurance Foothill Ranch california

i had a car loan through them i made my patments on time some late. after about 3 months they called and said i did not have auto ins. and they would add it for 100.00 a month. i told them i did they told me to have my ins. agent fax over the policey he did they still charged me the extra money for ins 4 times my agent sent proof of ins. they called and said i owed 1800.00 for ins. after 18,months i told them i had ins. they came and took the truck now they say i owe them 7750.00 for the sale of my truck
