We used True King Relocation Brokers for our move. They contracted Onyxx Movers to move our possessions. Onyxx showed up at 11pm the night before we were to close and be out of our home.  They were there until 4am loading our furniture in the truck. Per our instructions they put our furniture in storage.

When we found our new home, I contacted them two weeks in advance (per their contract) to set up delivery on our about our closing date.  We had to wait an additional 10 days after closing to get a delivery date.  We were also charged an additional $750.00 for "changing zip codes" from the zip code we had our furniture stored.  We moved 50 minutes away from the storage facility,  When I asked Mr. G (George) at Onyxx to provide his calculation for ths additional charge, he gave me nothing.  He did take $200.00 off after I complained, but still charged me an additional $550.00 for "changing zip codes". 

Upon the movers arrival at our new home, they would not unload until we provided a cashier's check for the total amount - no more discussion of the additional $550.00 - just pay up or you don't get your furniture.  They showed up in a Budget Truck - evidently the ONE Onyxx truck was unavailable. When my husband asked Mr. G about some items that were damaged or broken, he ignored my husband.  We were so angry and frustrated that we would not sign the inventory list upon the mover's departure. 

We found panes of glass missing from our china cabinets.  When I e-mailed Mr. G to ask about these, I received an unprofessional and derogatory message warning me that if I post negative comments about Onyxx, he would sue me.

Per our horrible experience, do not use True King Brokers and do not use ONYXX MOVERS.
