This company impersonates the Yellow Pages sending a fax for a simple update for your information. However, this is a scam. They are trying to pass this fax off as a binding contract.

There is a 10 day cancellation period. But, you won't find out about it until AFTER the 10 days are up.

Do NOT pay them, and fight it. Their entire operation is unlawful, and just plain wrong. You shouldn't be making money tricking people into your "services".

Speaking of services, we have never received a copy of their so called "listing" that we are supposed to be included in. Before this, I'd never heard of this company either. Which is why their pretending to be a company people believe they can trust to give a simple update to.

Also, I would like to add that this binding contract of theirs is typed with illegible, tiny, unreadable print. The only part you can make out is the font reading Yellow Pages, and the space given to confirm/update your information.

They have clearly learned the best way to operate and get away with this. But don't let them, and report them! (They've even been outlawed in Tennessee)
