Beware iphone and AT&T customers!

Open Market is sending text messages to your phone and will charge for a dowload (ringtone, game, etc) if you do NOT reply, "STOP" to the text message.

The phone company, AT&T has acknowledged that Open Market is doing this and that they are trying to stop it, but have not been able to. At&T was good about removing the charges, but is not confident that Open Market will not do it again.

Check AT&T phone bills in the Mobil purchases area at the end of the bill. The charge is $14.99 and with tax $15.85.
