openpasts.com internetreputation.com extortion blackmail posting information about you on prominent Google pages and requiring large payment to remove Denver Colorado

Searching my name on Google i find a recent arrest report on the second page.  It has not even gone to court yet. I understand this is illegal being that they are posting public records on the internet and will only remove it if i pay them a large amount of money, the site itself Openpasts.com has a link for removal and they charge $149, then there is an ad for internetreputation.com and they will remove it "guaranteed" for $499, saying the other one will only put it back and charge again and again.  I have since found out that they are both the same company and is an illegal business has been deemed fraudulent, and illegal extortion in this State of Florida as well.
