Opticaltel Internet Florida

Mi nombre es José y soy nuevo en el estado de Florida,en el condominio que yo vivo solo puede entrar la compañía ópticaltel ,la cual Cambia de nombre no se con que proposito.yo desde que hice el contracto con ellos me subió la tarifa ,pienso que fue un gancho para poner el servicio y ya el segundo mes un cargo adicional que no estaba en el contrato ,y para cosmo casa mes se desconecta la internet por problema en el servidor ,pero la compañía no te da crédito alguno pero si te demora 1 segundo te cobraron un late fee ,y para asombro cuando no tengo servicio llamo pero no me sale nadie al teléfono y es la excusa para no darte crédito por el mal servicio.

puedo suministrar datos y hechos de tal problema técnico.no le acosé jo a nadie esta compañía de internet muy conocida en pocos lugares ,la cual cambia de nombre cada rato .,debe ser para cambiar la imagen y la mala reputación.

gracias , espeto alguien lea y no caiga en la trampa de firmar contrato y más cuando uno se muda de otro estado que los servicios funcional al 100 por ciento .
